By accessing or using the Prime Golfers Management platform, provided by Prime Golfers S.L. (CIF: B75963306, located at C/ Caupolican 30, SC Tfe, Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.
Prime Golfers Management provides a cloud-based software suite for golf agencies, including tools for CRM, club rentals, invoicing, and booking management. We offer both a free trial tier and paid B2B agency licenses.
Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party provider, Stripe.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
