These Terms and Conditions regulate the rental of golf equipment (sets, bags, clubs) and the contract of services (green fees, transfers, lodging) provided by Prime Golfers S.L. to its customers via this website.
2. Booking Process and Validation
To secure a booking, the user must follow the online stepper instructions, providing accurate details regarding dates, selected club set models, delivery specifications, and personal information. Upon submitting a reservation, our system checks inventory and locks the equipment. A confirmation email with details will be dispatched immediately.
3. Equipment Use, Maintenance, and Responsibilities
By renting our equipment, the customer agrees to the following regulations:
- Inspection: The customer must inspect the club set upon delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately.
- Proper Use: The customer is expected to use the clubs for their intended purpose on certified golf courses only.
- Custody: The customer is responsible for the custody of the bag and clubs during the rental period. Do not leave clubs unattended in vehicles or public spaces.
- Damages & Loss: The customer is liable for any severe damage, breakage, or loss of clubs. Surcharges for club head replacement or full set replacement may apply in case of gross negligence.
4. Delivery and Collection Logistics
We deliver and collect the rented bags free of charge to any hotel, resort reception, or clubhouse in Tenerife on the dates defined during the checkout. The customer must ensure that the accommodation reception is notified of the delivery and return schedule.
5. Payment Terms
Prices listed on the website include applicable local Canary Islands taxes (IGIC). Payment must be settled according to the details provided in your booking confirmation. All payments are processed securely.
6. Modification of Terms
Prime Golfers S.L. reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions applicable to a booking will always be those active at the time the customer places the reservation.
